Digital reading purchases

SoulCompass Full Reading is a digital product delivered after payment verification. Because access is provided immediately after approval, purchases are generally non-refundable once the full reading has been unlocked.

When we can help

Please contact us if you were charged more than once for the same reading, paid but did not receive access, or experienced a technical issue that prevents delivery. Eligible requests should be submitted within 14 days of payment.

How to request support

Email liyuyuan58@gmail.com or message WeChat yusuflee2014 with your PayPal transaction ID and the email used for your SoulCompass account. We review requests individually and may ask for information needed to verify the payment.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by PayPal. Any approved refund will be returned through the original payment method, subject to PayPal processing times.
